Rental rates are per week for exclusive use of the whole villa. Where less than 4 bedrooms are to be used rates are reduced (still with exclusive use).  Our policy is one week minimum rental. However if your requirement fits with other bookings, we may be able to accommodate a shorter booking

All taxes and service charges are included in the basic rate (discretionary tips to the housekeeper are appreciated).

Christmas rates are included in high season rates.

Monthly or long-term stays can be arranged at a lower rate.

 

​Included in the Rate

• Rates includes housekeeping, all bed linen, towels, pool towels, electricity**, water, cooking gas, hairdryers, cleaning materials, soap and toiletries.

• Unlimited free Internet Wifi.

• Use of the two kayaks moored on the private jetty.

• Taxi transfer from the airport to Little Blue is included. Guests are responsible for the return transfer to the airport at the end of their stay.

 

** 50 units of electricity per day per room booked is included in the rate. Unusual amounts of electricity, which may arise from excess use of air conditioning, will be charged separately at EC$1 per unit.

Deposit and Cancellation

A 40% deposit will confirm and secure your reservation.

​

The balance is payable 42 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival date, full payment must be made within one week of booking. All bookings are firm and final.   Provisional bookings will be held for up to one week to enable funds to be sent.

Your deposit and balance payment may be paid by MasterCard, Visa or bank wire transfer.

Because deposits and final balances are non refundable we recommend that you arrange suitable travel insurance at the time of booking, in the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from taking your vacation.

In the event that the accommodation becomes unavailable for any reason, including hurricane or earthquake, liability is limited to a refund of any monies paid.   The owners and any villa manager or managing agents will not be responsible for any consequential loss.

An additional security deposit of US$500 is added to your invoice and is payable before commencing the rental.  This is to cover excess electricity costs noted here and any breakages or serious damage incurred during the rental (fair wear and tear excepted). The deposit less any required deduction will be credited to you card, within 7 days of your departure.
